Last weekend I met up with the lovely and incredibly talented `Cataclysm-X, who showed me some of her Doctor Who sketches (if you haven't seen them yet, you should definitely take a look at her gallery!). She inspired me to do a series of sketches myself, just to take my mind off things and to have something to work on in between the two A3-sized drawings I also have lying around. Obviously, it didn't take me long to come up with the perfect theme.
Clockwise, you can see Hermione being eager in The Philosopher's Stone, slightly nerdy in The Chamber of Secrets, scared in The Prisoner of Azkaban, pretty in pink in The Goblet of Fire, coy in The Order of the Phoenix and shocked and sad in The Deathly Hallows (I skipped The Half-Blood Prince because I couldn't find a nice picture of her in that movie, and because it wouldn't have fit on the paper anyway ).
I think I'm going to do a few more of these, because they were a lot of fun to draw. Very relaxing.
Thanks for the inspiration, Nic!
